No vision, no leadership, no planning, no transparency, no communication, no answers, no solutions. The pattern repeats itself.  Lots of empty platitudes, meaningless apologies, embarrassments, back-pedaling, poor excuses, a circle-the-wagons CYA mentality.

Our Board lacks accountability, transparency, and integrity.  The Board’s majority has made many poor decisions.  Backed by special interest groups, the Board has made reckless decisions that have compromised the well-being of students and teachers.  Leadership has created a culture of secrecy, stonewalling, and outright misinformation.  This has created fear, distrust, and anxiety in our community.
